We are working on behalf of a unique talent agency to source a recent grad or experienced salesperson with confidence, charisma and great character to join them as a Recruitment Consultant. I'm looking for a quirky, switched-on individual with a bit of flair who has ambition to reach director level within five years for this exciting role.

My client provides a superior recruitment service within the Global Technology market. All staff are of graduate calibre and receive outstanding training and development to ensure they have the best matching and assessment skills. Job Specification

1)Producing brilliant outcomes for candidates and employers by selling recruitment services
*Positioning recruitment service effectively to employers and candidates
*Creating opportunities for candidates and employers by building relationships with them, establishing/qualifying their recruitment needs, overcoming any objections and asking good questions
*Discussing candidates suitability for vacancies and recommending talented professionals to employers
*Creating a strong first impression and always giving customers confidence you can help them/provide an effective service

2)Advising candidates and employers about how to succeed in complex recruitment processes
*Helping candidates and employers understand why they are well suited to one another and arranging interviews
*Managing recruitment processes involving multiple decision makers and several interviews
*Providing advice on how to hire effectively and perform well in interviews
*Assisting in negotiating salaries and making job offers
*Advising candidates how to exit their current employer professionally

3)To achieve numbers 1 and 2 above you must work at pace and take ownership of getting all tasks completed at the right time
*Prepare effectively every day by resourcing/researching suitable candidates and employers to contact so that you are productive
*Have ability to prioritise tasks, make plans and grasp information quickly

Requirements

*Graduate OR 1-5 years Sales/Recruitment experience desirable
*Stable employment history ideally demonstrating progression is a must
*Proof of success against main goals/targets in previous employments essential
