Main Purpose of role:
To set up and establish a well-respected and profitable healthcare business. To develop and build key relationships with local and national clients for the supply of quality healthcare staff, on a temporary and permanent basis.
Main Duties Include:
- Establish and liaise with recruitment decision makers in the supply of temporary and permanent staffing solutions, keeping Eclipse (our database) constantly updated
- Devise strategy and objective targets on how best to ensure a successful business
- Ensure our T&C's are agreed up front with clients
- Build a robust database of healthcare candidates with detailed notes on individual candidate job expectations
- Build a database of healthcare clients and update on Eclipse
- Fact find about competitors
- Negotiating of fees and rates
- Arranging your own face to face meetings with clients
- Research advertising methods and ensure all vacancies have full exposure to attract the right calibre of candidate
- Research any specialist job boards that you think are beneficial to the success of the business
- Ensure a thorough interview (whether over the telephone or face to face) process with all candidates and that any documentation, such as ID, proof of eligibility to work, DBS, references and certificates are received prior to them starting any temporary assignment or permanent placement.
- Strive constantly to achieve new business opportunities and grow the division accordingly, keeping quality at the very highest of levels
- Keep in regular contact with both candidate and client after any placement to ensure all parties are happy and the placement is successful
- Hold regular weekly meetings with Director and team to discuss progress and share best practice. Brain storm as a team any issues that may arise.
