Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner (12 months in the first instance) for a leading manufacturing business based in North Lincolnshire. Reporting into the HRD this is a senior level opportunity for a strong HR Business Partner to make a valued contribution to the strategic development of HR across the business.

The HRBP plays a full part as a commercial and operational leader of the business. Functionally, the role will lead and coordinate the organisation & people strategy & plan for the business area as well as acting as the Human Resource partner to the Managing Director. With the business leadership team, the role will diagnose and define the people & organisation business plan to create maximum competitive advantage and achieve business goals. The role is supported by HR Advisors and operates as part of a larger HR team offering specific areas of expertise such as Recruitment, Reward and L&D.

The HRBP provides change management leadership and functional support. The role will manage stakeholder relationships to create an environment for effective change, and continually and systematically drive the employee engagement agenda.

Principal accountabilities in the role will include:

*Operate as part of the business management team, contribute to the definition of the business strategy, identify the key people and organisational activities required and translate into HR initiatives

*Influence HR strategy, policy and process consistent with Business requirements to ensure the delivery of business objectives

*Proactively shape the impact of external influences so that they are positively integrated into the business's HR plans and processes

*Undertake organisational assessment and design reviews and define the changes to ensure the structure and capability of the business areas can meet the challenges of its strategy.

*Manage the implementation of reorganisation and change programmes in the organisation whilst maintaining an IR/ER environment at business level which is productive and conducive to delivery of strategy.

*Facilitate the creation of leadership succession plans and development activities.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:

*MCIPD qualified with a number of years proven experience in HR management / HR business partnering
*Extensive background within HR ideally from a high volume manufacturing/engineering environment
*Demonstrable experience of Employee Relations and legislation knowledge
*Calm under pressure with an ability to challenge at all levels
