Deputy Manager - Quality and Governance (RMN qualified)

Prism7 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Deputy manager (RMN) - Nurse qualified who has previous experience working with adults with a range of mental health needs.

We are seeking to recruit a highly experienced and motivated Deputy Manager, Quality and Governance to join a rehabilitation and recovery hospital in Fareham.

Benefits Include

• GBP36,500 salary per annum
• GBP1,000 loyalty bonus on completion of 1-year service
• 33 days' annual leave including bank holidays

• Hours of work will be delivered by 5 shifts per week which may include •nights, 2 of which are supernumerary
• The post holder will also share a management on call rota

Key Responsibilities for the role include

• Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements
• Acting as Infection Control Lead
• Monitoring and delivery of a range of audits and checks to ensure safe and effective practice
• Leadership of the Hospital governance process
• Investigation of accidents and incidents to ensure learning and reduction of risk
• Provision of high quality, recovery based nursing support to service users
• Deputising for the Registered Hospital Manager
• Work with other members of the senior management team to ensure that the service is safe, effective, commercially successful and achieves compliance with all statutory standards
