Operations Manager for Children & Young People
Yorkshire/ Notts
Salary Up to GBP45,000 (+ Car Allowance)

A rare and brilliant opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join a leading provider in children's residential care, who is currently going through an exciting period of growth and development.

You will be responsible for:
• Ensuring that financial targets are met for the region.
• Supporting the companies development and recognising areas for new business.
• Ensuring all homes are reviewed according to Company Policies and Regulations.
• Motivating, leading and supporting Managers and their development.
• Assisting with the selection of Managers and the recruitment process.
• Implementing policies and procedures effectively.
• Managing effective relationships with internal and external professionals.

The ideal person for this role will have:
• A level 4/ level 5 NVQ with Children and Young people or equivalent.
• A minimum 2 years' experience within management of children's services.
• Experience within residential Childcare.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Be flexible in achieving objectives.
• Be proactive and solution focussed.
