Do you love to read? Do you have an exceptional vocabulary? As an inspirational English Teacher can you enthuse your passion for plays, poetry, classic literature and the English language to an active cohort of secondary school students?

At Quality Teachers we believe communication is the key to a professional and successful working relationship. We strive to listen to our candidates and find the right position to meet their needs.

This English Literature / English Language Teacher position will teach a variable timetable of both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 class groups, across a range of abilities. This Ofsted 'Good' school caters for over 1200 students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. The school places importance on the development of staff as well as students with their priorities being: the quality of leadership, the attainment of students, the quality of teaching and learning and the well being of both staff and students. These priorities make it an extremely popular choice for students and they see their intake grow and results improve nearly year on year.

To join the QT team and be successful in this English Literature / Language Teacher role you will need to:

*Hold QTS or equivalent qualifications that allow you to be placed in schools
*Have effective classroom management
*Build and develop professional relationships with both school staff and students
