Following continued success across a range of our teams, we are looking for the next generation of talent to join our business. So far in 2017 we've hired 9 new Consultants, who are already having success, and we are currently looking for more people to join our team.

Our Head Office in Bury St Edmunds has ambitious plans to grow, and we are currently looking for an experience Recruitment Consultant to join our large Engineering team. This team has grown steadily over the last few years, and we are now ready to add another experienced Consultant. This role will be to build on our existing contract book, and therefore either temporary or contract recruitment experience is critical.

The Role:

This is a 360 role, so will involve all aspects of the Recruitment Consultant role. You will source, support and represent candidates, maintain existing client relationships whilst developing new ones, and attend networking events and client meetings to enhance relationships. The ability to develop long-standing relationships with clients and candidates is absolutely critical, as is becoming an expert within your field.

You:

Previous recruitment experience is important for the Recruitment Consultant role, as are the following traits;
Good at talking, but even better at listening
Love a challenge, and smashing targets
Being able to offer honest feedback to people at all levels
Like working hard, but having fun and enjoying a good work/life balance
Passionate about delivering a great service to candidates and clients
