I am currently working with one of the Uk's largest recruitment companies and hiring for their business in Scotland for an Industrial Recruitment Branch Manager covering multiple sites across the region.

The Industrila Branch Manager will take responsibilty for their six regional offices in Scotland working closely with each team across the region to broaden nrand awareness across the region.

The business is looking for a clear leader that has the track record of delivery working with multiple teams in the Industrial recrutiment sector to join them, integrate quickly and be brand focussed from day one.

Within these branches both Industrial Recruitment & Driving Recruitment is covered so a prior understanding of these areas is essential.

Key Accountabilities

- Management Responsibility across six regioanl industrial offices
- Developing brand awareness within the scottish market.
- Isollating new areas of opportunity within the market
- Market research
- Marketing Campaignes
- Working closely with consultants of varied experience levels to best develop them in line with the targets and growth plan of the business.

- Regular Strategy meetings with Senior Management team.
- Developing Strong new business relationships
- Maintaining existing realtionships by looking at service levels and where the account can be developed

The business is looking for someone 100% focussed on the industril recruitment market with a background of delivery in a fast paced recruitment enviornment.
