My client requires a Clinical Lead to work in their purpose built Nursing Home, within touching distance of the market town Kingston. The Home itself overlooks a beautifully landscaped garden and patio, creating a great environment for the residents and the employees alike.

The successful candidate will be overseeing a team of Nurses and Care Assistants. You will be working mostly days, five shifts a week. At least one a week will be supernumerary, this will give you a chance to plan and develop your management skills.

You will be providing Care to the elderly residents, which will range from Dementia to residential and Respite. The home often organises events, and has entertainment coming in, this creates a warm and fun environment to work in.

Excellent training and progression structure will be provided to the right applicant.

Clinical Lead Skills and responsibilities
Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management
Administering oxygen
Putting together treatment plans
Overseeing a team of care assistants
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Hold a relevant nursing qualification
