An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing Account Manager to help manage and retain this organisation's growing client base. You'll need experience in a similar role with a professional attitude and an understanding of what it is to give and receive outstanding customer service.
This position will suit a self-motivated individual with an interest in technology, and a consultative, solution focused approach.

You'll be joining an innovative and forward thinking organisation, in a relaxed and friendly team. There will be some technical skill/knowledge applied to the role but training will be given for this.

Role overview

??? Be the lead point of contact for a number of existing members and provide regular updates - mostly by telephone with occasional off-site meetings
??? 50/50 reactive and proactive account management
??? Develop strong, long term customer relationships
??? Identify and present up-sell opportunities
??? Responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients
??? Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
??? Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
??? Serve as a link of communication between customers and internal teams, keeping the company up to date with progress and at-risk accounts
??? Resolve customer issues and deal with complaints in a way that maintains trust


??? 1 year or more of experience working as an account manager
??? Demonstrable customer service skills
??? Excellent communication skills, especially over the telephone
??? Ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively
??? Excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail
??? Experience of working with a CRM
??? Ability to work independently with high degree of self-sufficiency
??? Enjoy working with customers and building relationships
??? Fast learner with the ability to absorb and relay technical information
??? IT literate
