Lloyd Recruitment Services has a lovely job opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a company based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. Main purpose of the HR Admin job role is to provide administration support to the different functions of the HR team. This is a temporary HR Admin role to start ASAP - duration of the temporary job is initially for 6 months with a view to being extended or going permanent.

Hourly pay rate - GBP10-11 per hour. Office hours 9-5 Monday to Friday

Main duties include:

Scanning various HR documents into electronic files, such as new joiner details, absence records etc.
Responding to direct candidates/ CV applications
Updating recruitment trackers
Arranging interviews and meeting rooms
Collating offer packs for new joiners
Requesting and responding to references
Issuing Staff Change Notifications
Issuing security passes/eye care vouchers
Retrieving security passes from leavers
Collating supporting documentation for Interview Assessment Centres
Providing admin support for internal & external course bookings and refreshers
Maintaining the adult educations spreadsheet and process
Scanning qualifications onto personal e files and SAP
Review and update names/data logged to ensure up to date
Upload documents to Intranet support pages and different teams
Updating staff records
Maintaining the weekly temp list and disturbing as required
Managing the stationary order process to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for the HR dept at all times
Responding and forwarding telephone messages as required

Skills and experience required for the job:

Previous experience of working in HR
Able to participate and contribute effectively as a full team player, happy to undertake routine tasks
Good communication skills, oral and written
Ideally experience of working with a computerised HR database
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to use Word & Excel
Working to deadlines
