Vacancy Details:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic and caring Supported Living Manager to develop new supported living options in Cheltenham, Gloucester. This is a Supported Living Manager role that involves managing support for individuals with a range of needs such as autism with challenging behaviour.

Building on your experience of working with people with a learning disability, you will set, maintain and develop standards as you develop the supported living service for this region. As a Registered Manager, your focus will always be on ensuring the delivery of consistently high-quality services - all within a challenging, but very rewarding environment.

This is a very varied Supported Living Manager role, and you will be required to work closely with the growth team to develop new business in Cheltenham, carry out assessments, risk assessments, develop and implement care plans; you will be supported by the Area Manager to deliver effective operational management.

Managing a team through a new development into day to day delivery, management experience, a background of working in supporting living and knowledge of positive behavioural support will be a real advantage. The ability to meet financial and business targets will be just as important, as will a track record of supporting and empowering people to live more independently in their community.
Flexibility is essential, and ideally, you will have a full driving license and access to a car.

Previous experience in the learning disability sector
Ability to demonstrate effective service, staffing and resource management
Experienced in delivering compliant and high-quality services all individuals
Champion person centred approaches across your service
Ability to form and maintain key relationships internally and externally.
Effectively lead, inspire and management your team to deliver positive outcomes
