My client requires a dedicated Deputy Manager to work within a beautiful nursing home in Dorking, Surrey. The home is a converted stately home, with modern facilities, yet all the original character you would expect from such a stunning building.

My client provides Luxury care to the elderly, specialising in dementia care, as well as elderly frail and palliative. You will have excellent leadership qualities as will be involved in the management of the staff. You will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in the day to running of the home.

The home currently has an excellent CQC rating, and the successful candidate will share my client's passion for nursing, in order to maintain this.

You will be directly involved with senior management and will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Deputy Manager will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role offer day shifts,, 42 hours per week, with a competitive salary in the region of GBP40k+.

Deputy Manager Requirements
Hold a nursing qualification
Have 6 months experience in a similar capacity
Be registered with the NMC
Be passionate about Elderly care
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
Management qualification desirable
