Office Manager/Book-keeper - Flexible
Lutyens & Rubinstein are a Literary Agency and Bookshop based in Notting Hill, West London.
We are looking for an Office Manager and/or Book-keeper to look after the day to day running of the business side of the literary agency and bookshop, handling the accounts and general running of the office.
Key responsibilities would include payments to authors and suppliers, banking, bank reconciliations, HR admin, office records and systems, expenses, petty cash, handling general IT issues and managing utilities. Numeracy, common sense and the ability to work independently in a small office are crucial.
A working knowledge of Sage, VAT, Bradbury Phillips Rights software, publishing royalties and/or contracts would be an advantage but not a necessity and less important than organisational skills and a sense of humour!
The hours are flexible as is the salary which would depend on the applicant’s qualifications, experience and the eventual range of the job.
