You will be passionate about delivering outstanding learner experience, have had experience within middle management and been part of quality improvement including leading on teaching and learning.

Salary: GBP38,000-GBP40,000 per annum may be subject to an additional market allowance for an exceptional candidate

This role is a vital component in the College's intention to become outstanding with a minimum of a grade 'Good', at the next Ofsted inspection.
You will support the Director and other college managers to ensure outstanding standards of provision through the planning, review, development, design and implementation of a curriculum which satisfies our communities' and employers' continuing needs.
A key aspect of the role will be influencing and delivering on the College STEM agenda as well as further developing progression routes and Higher Education partnerships.
You should have a HND/ degree in a relevant subject/discipline or relevant management experience, along with a full teaching qualification; with successful experience of teaching in one of the subject areas you will be leading or courses up to Advanced level; a proven track record of improving the learner experience and the ability to make accurate judgment's about the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.
You should also have substantial supervisory, curriculum, course management experience within a Further Education College or Post-16 School environment.

Hours: 36 hours Monday to Friday
