Our Client has over a decade of expertise in building outstanding leadership teams across the online landscape. The CEO is a 'figure head' in the industry and clients come to them for new and repeat business.
They host frequent invite-only networking events. These bring together high-profile digital/technology investors, entrepreneurs and executives and can be any size from breakfast roundtables to larger events with well-known guest speakers and panels.
Key responsibilities include: -Assisting Consultants and Directors with internal and external primary and secondary research across all aspects of the Executive Search process, with increasing exposure to candidate, client and assignment management. -Capturing, updating and maintaining market, company and candidate information on the profile database system. -Using proprietary research techniques, investment research and analytical tools to produce business intelligence and competitor analysis as a key part of the search process. -Assisting Consultants and Directors in the development of search strategies for business development activities, proposals and assignments. -Identifying, sourcing, interesting and qualifying potential candidates.
This role will suit candidates with the following attributes: -3-4 years' experience as a Researcher/Associate within Retained Executive Search -Genuine interest in the Digital industry. It is not essential to have experience in working in the digital sector. -Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions. -Problem solving skills, using initiative and tenacity. -A proven client service mentality, pro-active, creative with an emphasis on quality and responsiveness. -An adaptable and flexible manner coupled with the ability to deal with people from a variety of backgrounds. -Self-confident, with a mature outlook. -A strong team working ethos. -Degree educated is essential -Preference for two to three years prior working experience in a research capacity.
The role will report into one of the Directors and work alongside more than one Consultant.
