Bolton College is further developing its large and dedicated Learner Support team following a very successful OFSTED inspection.

We are looking for experienced and dedicated staff who put the learner at the heart of everything they do. You will be committed to inclusion and to supporting a very diverse group of learners to achieve their potential and realise their dreams.
As a motivated self-starter, you will have experience in and the qualifications to satisfy the awarding bodies with your reports for access arrangements.
This post involves leading a small team of tutors who provide dyslexia support and conduct the access arrangements for the College. You will work with the Head of Learner Support to ensure the College is compliant in this area and to provide staff development for College staff regarding dyslexia and access arrangements.
You will need to have specific experience of working with post-16 SEN learners and in liaising with partner agencies, parents and carers. Experience of managing staff and leading services is essential.
