Bolton College is further developing its large and dedicated Learner Support team following a very successful OFSTED inspection. 'College staff ensure that learners who require additional support make good progress.

We are looking for experienced and dedicated staff who put the learner at the heart of everything they do. You will be committed to inclusion and to supporting a very diverse group of learners to achieve their potential and realise their dreams.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Lecturer to teach and support students with dyslexia. You will be expected to assist in completing reports for access arrangements.
You will also provide one to one and small group dyslexia tuition deploying a variety of teaching and learning strategies, including ILT for student programmes and to develop, deliver and monitor individual learning plans with all students supported. You will also be expected to work with vocational teaching staff to support them to develop dyslexia friendly teaching styles and resources.
