This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm of experienced Financial Planners which deliver a professional and specialised service to individuals and businesses throughout the Home Counties.

The job

As Finance Assistant, you will act as the initial point of contact for client queries as well as liaising with product providers and covering all aspects within the general office administration to ensure a first-class service is provided to internal and external parties.
Key duties include screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate, client correspondence both written and verbal, processing new business, preparation of client review packs, illustration requests, liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff, back office support, photocopying, scanning, filing and dealing with post plus maintaining client records.

Your experience

You will be a reliable and highly organised individual who has solid previous work experience in the financial service sector and/or a strong administrative background. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to produce business correspondence and be able to proof read for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy. You will also be confident with IT and office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and a knowledge of Adviser Office would be an advantage.

The Finance Assistant job is based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire and is paying up to GBP25,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
