ERP Business Development Manager - ERP Solutions Manufacturing GBP50k + OTE

I am actively seeking a skilled ERP Business Development Manager who comes from a strong background of Sales within and around the Partner Networks of ERP Software Solutions who is looking for an opportunity to join a progressive and rapidly expanding ERP Organisation at a time where their industry is booming and sales opportunities are opening up at an impressive rate.

To succeed, you will already be knowledgeable around ERP Solutions - ideally coming from a Partner of a leading solution such as SAP, Oracle or Dynamics - as well as have a good working knowledge of the Manufacturing vertical specifically (both discrete and process). Your sales track record will be demonstrable and consistently above target and, most importantly, you will have an appetite to continue your success as you move towards a new challenge. While local to Southampton, you will also be happy and able to travel throughout the UK for business trips.

In return, you will begin on a very generous starting salary of up to GBP50k, which comes with a realistic and achievable OTE of GBP100k - as has been proven through existing Business Development Managers in the Business. A generous Car allowance is offered, in addition to a superb package of benefits and perks. As you progress in the role, your OTE will increase as the role moves from hunting into a hybrid as you are allowed to retain won accounts for their entire duration. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn high levels of commission.

Skills required for the role:
*ERP Software Sales experience - with high attainment to quota.
*Wide ranging knowledge of ERP Solutions - particularly in Manufacturing.
*Great communication skills and ability to sell on the phone and in person.
*Motivated by money and career progress - with defined career goals.
*Confidence relaying ideas to CxO level Management.
