Senior Business Change Associates are responsible for delivering change management on projects and programmes, ensuring the people-side of change is managed pro-actively and effectively. This will be creating and implementing change plans that are tailored to the needs of the project or programme, enabling the successful transition of those impacted to new ways of working. You will need: Experience in Change Manager/Change Analyst/OD/L&D/Comms roles on projects and programmes delivering large scale change involving people, processes, technology, structures, behaviour and culture Solid understanding of people change management theory Fosters a change management culture, acting as mentor and coach to fellow team members, promoting best practice and standardisation across the division Willingly adapts to changing circumstances by positively embracing new and different ideas, approaches and ways of working Proven ability to balance and manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment, with factors outside your control Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo Experience of making risk-based judgements in an uncertain and/or pressurised environment Ability to understand structures and business priorities and build credibility quickly with senior leaders Good consulting and relationship management skills and an ability to work comfortably at all levels of the organisation.
