Title: Associate Director - Systems Planning Department - Japanese ideally Department: IT Security and Risk Management Salary: GBP 50,000 Status: Full-time/ Permanent Location: The City, London Skills: Finance IT Project Management, System upgrade, Financial management, Japanese As the liaison of Head Office (HO), lead and support the communication between HO and IT department - Manage, control and report Financial status including both investment and expense activity. - Support Head of Planning and the department members for planning activity. - Manage and resolve ad-hoc/unforecastable matter flexibly collaborating other stakeholders within the company. 1. Liaison between HO and the department: Lead and support the communication between HO and other branches in EMEA regions including other branch/subsidiary. 2. Planning - Grasp and analyse status of the department from planning perspective financial to expand the department's capacity and ability more. - Create and realize strategy of the department by supporting all internal stakeholders including HO. - Support the department managements flexibly from the standing point of all branched in EMEA region. 3. Finance - Control investment and expense related work within EMEA from finance perspective. - Manage investment and expense related framework to control all systems activity within EMEA effectively. - Update process, procedure and framework in order to improve the department's performance. 4. Other: Lead and control ad/hoc matters within the department to resolve smoothly and appropriately. - Experience of working within a IT systems office or a financial organisation. (Essential) - Experience of creating, amending and maintaining a division's strategy in order to align IT plans with business objectives and goals. - Proficient in MS Office. - Financial management - Analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. - Project management skills - Japanese Language If your application is successful, you will be contacted within 7 days.
