In this pivotal role, you will have the chance to work across multiple brands in the EMEA and AMEA markets. You will be able to make a real impact on product launches, as well as the company as a whole.

You will work closely with senior leadership across multiple areas, including Finance, Marketing and NPD, enabling you to influence and collaborate with key departments and carve out your own career path within the business.

The Role

As the Project Manager, you will oversee a number of our client's small to medium projects.

Leading cross-functional teams, you will ensure the success of various initiatives, including new product development projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of products, including personal care products, beauty and cosmetics and cleaning solutions.

Ensuring that morale remains high within your team, you will:

- Make sure that projects and products are completed on schedule, to budget and within charter constraints.
- Encourage great ideas and out-of-the-box thinking
- Enable and support leadership teams to make decisions in a timely manner
- Ensure the development of risk and contingency plans

As part of your role, you may be required to undertake travel to our client's other locations in Asia, New Zealand and Europe.

About You

To be considered, you will need:

- At least three years' experience of leading project teams or organisations within a manufacturing, supply chain and/or logistics environment
- The ability to communicate and engage at all levels
- Exceptional prioritisation and planning abilities
- A creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- The courage to challenge conventional thinking

Other companies may call this role Senior Project Manager, NPD Project Manager, NPD Programme Manager or Programme Manager.
