Contract Compliance and Funding Manager - Central Bedfordshire College
Full Time: 37 hours per week
Salary: Circa GBP30,000 per annum

Central Bedfordshire College is one of the most successful colleges in Bedfordshire. Apprentices are a key priority for growth within the college. We are looking for a Apprenticeship Contact Compliance and Funding Manager. This Position requires a highly organised enthusiastic, team player to join our Apprenticeship team.
Brief outline of the role
To ensure that the college is conducting its business in full compliance with ESFA. It is therefore essential that the candidate has both knowledge and understanding of the ESFA funding rules and guidance
You must be able to analyse and provide reports to support progress, trends and forecasting within the apprenticeship team.
Working collaboratively with the college's finance team to provide invoices to employers, and with the colleges Quality Improvement team for accreditation and exams.
You will need to manage and ensure all general day to day administration and compliance questions or queries are dealt with effectively.
Brief outline of personal requirements
Previous experience in contract management and compliance and ideally have a minimum of level 4 profession management qualification.
You will have a strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team. Excellent organisational and communication both written and verbal skills are another pre-requisite, as is the ability to be an effective team member.
