Opportunity for a candidate with F5 networks/products expertise to join a UK leading specialist reseller of Enterprise Security, Mobility and Application Delivery solutions.

Key Deliverables

The Technical Consulting team are responsible for supporting our sales function at all post-sales stages, whilst also managing the implementation of software/hardware solutions.

We are recruiting for an experienced industry professional to join our growing team to aid with the nationwide delivery and installation of mobility, network visibility and secure application and data delivery solutions.

This is an exciting role whereby successful candidates will be responsible for managing clients in a post-sale environments ensuring key implementation deliverables are met. The chosen applicants will be required to work closely with the Project Management team to ensure that installations are carried out within the specified time-frame and guidelines. Excellent customer service and communication skills are therefore necessary.

The Technical Consulting team work cross-functionally with Project Management, Technical Pre-Sales, Account Managers, and other subject matter experts to lead client implementation service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide a quality service to our customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding the organisations values at all times
*Support all internal and external customers with product training, knowledge and expertise
*Provide post-sales support by working closely with our sales function to understand and define clients key business drivers and requirements
*Assist with the creation of professional service quotations which include all installation and expense costs
*Support internal Account Managers throughout the contract life cycle including at client review meetings and identifying opportunities to upsell into existing accounts
*Liaise with clients' post-sale to develop project documentation including Statement of Work and implementation plans
*Nationwide delivery and installation of client-specified solutions
*Working closely with the Project Managers team to ensure that installations are carried out within the specified time-frame and guidelines
*Monitoring installation work to ensure the highest standard is kept through all stages of a project
