Bio-Rad have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Manager (UK & Southern Europe) to join their team in Watford. Based in Watford, you will manage a HR team to support the UK & Southern Europe, this role will work closely with the Senior Leadership and Management Groups to develop and deliver the EMEA HR plan. You will work across the business and coordinate with other HRBPs to focus on helping to shape and influence the HR strategy that supports the business strategy and outcomes. You will be responsible for the provision of a range of HR disciplines including employment, employee and industrial relations, compensation, performance management and project management.

The successful candidate must be CIPD Qualified (Fellow advanced degree preferred) with 10+ years of HR experience as a Senior HR Manager managing assignments of moderate to complex scope relating to all HR processes. You will be a commercially focused individual who inspires others and demonstrates passion and drive in all that they do, with a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders, building internal relationships and networking. You will need strong knowledge of State(s) laws and regulations. Occasional travel will be required for this role.
