A growing Financial Services company in Maidenhead is looking for and experienced Team Manager to take the lead on resolving complex litigation issues as well as driving performance and quality across a team of Servicing Advisors.

Working within a contact centre environment, you will take the lead on resolving queries and litigation issues relating to arrears, analysing risk and ensuring that all activities adhere to FCA regulations.

You will also be responsible for identifying training needs across the team and developing succession plans through individual progression plans, acting as a role model and mentor to people with a range of skills and experience.

If you have experience of leading a team within a fast-paced, target-driven Financial Services contact centre environment then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to step into a management role in a supportive and collaborative organisation.
