This is in addition to being awarded Grocer of the Year 2016 where Aldi's own brand products also picked up another 40 trophies making Aldi the most awarded retailer. Aldi also sponsor the very successful GB Olympic team who recently had a fantastic performance of their own at the 2016 Olympics in Rio.

Building on the success of these awards, a planned 80 new store openings across the UK in 2016 and a GBP60m investment into the opening of a brand new, state of the art distribution centre in Cardiff in March 2017, Aldi is really on the rise.

Aldi are currently looking for two Payroll Assistants to join their team within their Swindon Distribution Centre. These vacancies have arisen due to the implementation of a new Payroll system, ResourceLink, which is as a result of Aldi's current expansion and also the opening of a brand new state-of-the-art Distribution Centre in Cardiff, which Swindon will cover from a Payroll perspective.

The roles will cover a full 360 payroll process and is suitable for candidates with previous Payroll experience in a high volume, temporary worker environment (there will be 5,000+ staff to payroll). Whether you have just a few years experience or have been in Payroll for many years we would like to hear from you.

The Role:

Your role will be to assist in providing an efficient payroll service, ensuring that staff are paid accurately and in a timely manner. This is an end to end payroll position. Other duties will include, processing starters and leavers, holidays and sickness, P11D's, reconciling payroll and month end reporting.

Experience:

* Previous Payroll experience in a high volume environment
* Previous experience on ResourceLink highly beneficial but not essential
* Excellent MS Excel knowledge
* Confident communicator and professional telephone manner
* Numerate and excellent attention to detail
