15 TO 20 HRS PER MONTH BUT MORE CAN BE OFFERED IF REQUIRED.
CAN BE A HOME BASED JOB ROLE. CAN BE SELF EMPLOYED OR EMPLOYED.

OUR CLIENT IS RECRUITING AN ADDITIONAL MEMBER OF STAFF THAT CAN ASSIST WITH ALL FORMS OF PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION DUE TO THE BUSY NATURE OF THE DEPARTMENT. THIS WILL BE WORKING FOR A HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNTANT, WHO HAS AN EXCELLENT REPUTATION LOCALLY AND CURRENTLY HAS A TEAM OF 4 STAFF MEMBERS. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO GET ALONG WITH AND WOULD LIKE TO FIND SOMEONE OF A SIMILAR NATURE.

THERE IS A REQUIREMENT FOR 20 HOURS PER MONTH, WHICH WILL GENERALLY BE REQUIRED TO WORK AT THE LATER PART OF THE MONTH, DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE JOB ROLE. IF YOU ARE REQUIRING MORE THAN 20 HOURS PER MONTH THEN OTHER DUTIES CAN BE FOUND TO ASSIST BE IT BOOK KEEPING, ACCOUNTING AND GENERAL ADMINISTRATION.

The role entails:-
Setting up new payrolls
Setting up new employees
Liaising with clients for missing information
Input of client specific data
Preparation of payslips and summaries
Completion of the RTI process
Update of payroll log
Ad hoc liaison with clients re queries
Liaison with the companies queries from clients etc

WILL NEED TO HAVE PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE AND BE PC LITERATE WITH ACCURATE DATA ENTRY SKILLS.
