Established in 2007, they offer solutions in a range of markets and strive to offer customers a better way to shop for loans. They believe that their people are their most important asset and that this is what makes the business tick.

Due to continued success and business growth, they are now looking for an Operations Manager to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, growing company, based in Doncaster.

General Responsibilities

Managing, developing, coaching and motivating Team Managers to ensure they and their teams achieve their goals and ensure that appropriate objectives and development plans, in line with business needs, are in place
Ensuring that the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements and established practices of corporate governance
Constantly reviewing and assessing of the customer journey through various feedback
Embedding and maintaining a "Customer First" culture ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything the department doe
Ensuring "right customer outcomes" are delivered at every level
Engaging with Team Managers both on a one-to-one basis and as a team including reviews of customer outcomes, customer satisfaction scores and agent KPI performance
Overseeing the design and implementation of appropriate key performance indicators for the department
Forecasting work volumes within the department based on commercial, marketing and historical data.
Pro-actively managing the operational processes and ensure the continuous monitoring, review and amendment of processes where appropriate
Establishing positive working relationships with internal departments and keep abreast of all proposed commercial and marketing activities
Full time 40 hours per week
