Senior Voice Engineer - Avaya Blue
Working for a global professional services organisation as an Senior Voice Engineer you will be responsible for being the 'go-to-person' for any technical queries on the Avaya Blue estate.
Salary and Benefits
The Senior Voice Engineer will earn a competitive salary: GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 plus benefits.
As a Senior Voice Engineer you will create a knowledge management database, as well as be responsible for Build and Configuration Management. You will provide support on Avaya Blue products and manage faults that arise.
Perform system upgrades including firmware, software, and hardware as required. Undertake/support high complexity projects Resolve customer issues (incidents/problems) ensuring contracted SLAs/OLAs are met.
Provide reactive assistance for customer faults, attend customer sites where required, and work with other engineers where required to provide a resolution Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to determine the cause of technical faults or errors; resolve technical issues and communicate with other technical experts for problem resolution.
*Strong previous experience working with Avaya Blue Products
*Product knowledge of Data, Voice, IP and Converged communication solutions
*Previously worked in a Support or Consultative capacity
*In-depth knowledge of enterprise voice design principles, products and protocols
