About the Job
The Fast Track Change Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing BAU (Business as Usual) changes to my clients operational business areas within their Fast Track Change Team and managing change through the full life cycle.
You will operate as the interface between business and technical departments throughout the change life cycle with the analysis and documentation of business requirements, solution design and management of implementations for internal and external client change requests.
The successful Business Analyst should have some experience in writing Business cases, Business Requirements and Process Maps. You will also be able to interpret and construct complex data models and understand the principles of system and user acceptance testing and the link to requirements documentation. Ideally you will have proven business analysis experience (preferably accredited with a BCS/ISEB Business Analysis qualification
In you will receive a salary of up to GBP35,000, profit related bonus scheme, 24 days annual leave and life assurance of four times your salary. On completion of the probationary period you can join the group pension plan and obtain up to a 6% match contribution into your pension plan.
