Service Design Lead
Function 22 is working in partnership with the brand new R&D lab for a market leading home improvement retailer. The lab has been established to completely overhaul the digital capability of the group and is expected to grow significantly over the next 12 months.
We are hiring directly for the Head of UX & Design and as a priority are looking for a Service Design Lead to become responsible for strategically planning & addressing the complexity of multi-touch point experiences, considering the entire ecosystem (people, products and places where services are experienced).
You will identify improvements to enhance Service Design and the customer experience whilst managing relationships between multi-disciplinary teams - from conceptualising the service system, scoping project deliverables, communicating these to the business and delivering against the project plan.
