This successful and every growing client are currently in the process of looking for a professional, confident, enthusiastic and committed individual to manage a CSA team.
-Contribute to my clients mission to continually achieve and Embedded operational excellence by providing its clients with an exceptional service.
-Lead the CSA Team, provide clear direction, coaching, training and development, build a highly effective, motivated team to support the IFA's.
-Work Closely with senior management on the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
-Develop positive relationships with IFA's, internal and external stakeholders.
-Take responsibility and ownership of developing and evaluating the CSA operational process and procedure manual on a regular basis.
-Maintain a high standard of ongoing administration in support of the agreed service proposition.
-Ensure targets and service levels are achieved with strong focus on client management.
-To work closely with ARM's on client Bank Management and ensure Advisor office is up-to-date and maintained
Areas of importance:
Skills and Experience:
-Managed client service teams within Financial Services
-3/5 years management experience
-Understanding of Advisor office, Nucleus and Standard Life
