Product Development Management (including consumable & accessories)

*To fix the product line-up for the different mobile product ranges. Discussing with L&M management and European sales offices (including Russia and CEE)
*Provide European market knowledge to assist global HQ in fixing the best European product specifications
*Evaluate competitor machines where necessary and provide feedback to all stakeholders (team members, EU sales offices and Global HQ)
*Establish and manage a process for developing new ideas and suggestions for future product development within Europe
*Provide timely updates to the product line-up summarising production timings, SRP/FOB indications, SPEC and key selling points
*Ensure internal systems are populated with accurate and relevant information
*Prepare new product sales guides for each product launch along with the product line-up handbook and relevant presentations for the annual L&M budget meeting

Custom technical requests (SST)
*To review SST system and process offering recommendations to Product Management
*To oversee SST database making sure all SST's are managed in a timely manner, supporting global HQ where required and see that SST project makes a positive contribution to the business
*To collate and summarise SST requests providing periodic updates to management and ongoing reviews with input and recommendations into PDM
*Program basic solutions in a range of programming languages suitable for windows, android and iOS platforms to reduce the amount of SST support required by BIL

Pre Sales and Training
*Ensure product training materials are accurate and professionally prepared
*Give training courses to local offices and customers as required
*Assist local subsidiaries with pre sales technical support
*Where needed, visit Japan for global PDM meetings and also European sales offices to explain, discuss or train ofices on new products
