For this position, we also offer a competitive salary of £19,500 (pro rata), a bonus structure of up to 25% of salary, as well as a benefits package including 25 days’ holiday (pro rata and in addition to bank holidays), free parking, an annual salary review, share options, an additional Christmas Bonus, staff discount and much more!

About the role

We are looking for people who love customers and will be able to deliver great customer service with a personal touch.

We measure our advisors’ performance against what is most important to us: our customers’ satisfaction.

Our advisors are ambassadors for our Company and we are looking for people who have:

  • Life experience, people who know how to manage utility bills in either a professional capacity or in your own home
  • Both a 'can do' attitude and 'customer first' approach
  • The ability to take ownership and use initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • A basic knowledge of Excel and Word

We are looking for people to work with us on a part-time basis during our core hours of 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 16:30 on Saturdays.

Please note that while we are happy to be flexible with working hours during the week, Saturdays will be included in your working pattern.

This role will commence from September 2017.
