Our client, a high quality expanding Extra Care and Domiciliary care provider is now looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable Operations Manager who resides in the London/South area and who has a full clean driving licence. This is an exciting and very rewarding opportunity to join a quality focused expanding care provider who provide high quality services within the Extra Care and Domiciliary Care sector in the London area and the south. You will ideally already have achieved your level 5 or equivalent and have a good background in the Extra Care/Domiciliary care sector and have excellent knowledge of the CQC regs and care standards and are up to date with the latest legislation changes. You will need excellent communication skills, good IT skills, be very approachable, friendly, have good recruitment and training experience and be genuinely passionate about the delivery of high standards of care to service users and be able to develop staff to their full potential.
Our client is a highly respected growing care provider and there will be opportunities to develop your career further as the business expands further. You will be very well supported and cared for as you will be part of a strong very caring senior management team. You will receive excellent training and your role will be to work closely with the Operations Manager giving support by visiting and managing Extra Care managers and their team, working closely with managers ensuring each complex remains fully compliant and constantly looking to improve their service further where needed.
Our client is looking for a cheerful motivated senior manager who has a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work and who can work flexibly. This exciting role can be based from home dependant on location.
Our client is looking for a senior manager who has good business acumen, experience of KPI`s, and who has the experience of Extra Care Management. You will need strong leadership skills and a depth of knowledge and experience of CQC compliance, CQC inspections and have a good relationship with the commissioning inspectorate, care managers and external agencies.
