Person Specification

You will need to be a committed SEMH Primary Teacher who has been acknowledged as a 'Good' or better teacher out of observations and worked in an environment where you have taught learners with social, emotional, behavioural issues or mental health difficulties previously. The school wants to see a SEMH Primary Teacher who has the skill to consistently deliver exciting lessons and able to take instruction and initiative depending on which is appropriate.

About the Role

This SEMH Primary Teacher position involves taking charge of one of the classes in either KS1 or KS2 which will be decided nearer the time and you will be improving your skills from day one through the support of the SLT. In this post as SEMH Primary Teacher you will be taking on a role that comes with additional responsibilities and as such it is essential you have the drive and commitment to see these through to the best of your abilities.
