Arthur Jackman Associates are working with an established IFA & Wealth Managers who provide their exemplary services to private and corporate clients, with tailored IFA & Wealth Planning solutions to achieve financial goals and expectations throughout each stage of their clients life.

Due to continued success and expansion, they are now offering the chance for an experienced and career minded Paraplanner to join their team.

If you are an experienced Paraplanner, who is currently in that role, or have been in the last 12 months and are Level 4 Diploma Qualified (or very close to attaining it) and would like to make a long term career as a Paraplanner then we would be very pleased to talk to you.

The role and responsibilities for the successful applicant will include:
• Providing extensive administrative and technical support to the Directors, Advisers and other Paraplanners/Administrator.
• Preparation of accurate reports on a wide range of subjects to include recommendations for Investments, Pensions, IHT Planning and Protection.
• Providing extensive administrative and technical support to the Directors, Advisers and other Paraplanners/Administrator.
• Producing, when required, tax and other complex calculations
• Using various back office systems and platforms
• Preparing Illustrations and gathering data for client reports.
• Preparing portfolio valuations for clients as part of the Advisers ongoing review process.
• Researching, due diligence and reviewing, where necessary, new, and existing legislation and technical/product information to aid in the role that is performed
• Being the go to person for technical enquiries and provide support to existing members of the Administration Team.
• Adherence to compliance procedures and ensuring all compliance updates are implemented within the office.

The successful applicant will be ideally:
• Level 4 Diploma Qualified (or very close to attaining it)
• Previous paraplanning experience
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, staff and 3rd parties
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills - verbal & written
• Looking for a long term career
