About the role
Our Planned Investment Team is now delivering the largest planned investment programme in the housing sector. Delivery of our GBP108m national planned investment programme is looking beyond bringing the best of both together, as we encourage innovative and creative ways of working whilst remaining outcome focused. Our investment programme delivers a wide range of complex projects and in this role you will be responsible for working with your Senior Project Manager to mobilise these and support engagement with our stakeholders.
You'll come to us with experience of working within a Planned Delivery Team in a National Housing Association and delivering large programmes of planned works. We'll look to you manage your budget spend and carry out stock condition surveys within the project areas for which you are responsible.
We'll expect that you have demonstrable knowledge of building construction, building standards, planning regulations and regulatory standards.
You'll use your excellent communication skills to collaborate with contractors and supply chain partners, whilst delivering an excellent standard of customer service to our resident population.
Your duties will include:
- Working with your Senior Project Manager to carry out all pre-implementation activity for your Project Area and ensuring that they are planned effectively
- Carrying out quality control checks, snagging and defect inspections
- Delivering high quality customer service, liaising with residents and keeping them informed with prompt and diligent response to enquiries
