About the role

Our Planned Investment Team is now delivering the largest planned investment programme in the housing sector. Delivery of our GBP108m national planned investment programme is looking beyond bringing the best of both together, as we encourage innovative and creative ways of working whilst remaining outcome focused. Our investment programme delivers a wide range of complex projects and programmes. In this role you will be responsible for delivering those that are within your programme area and ensuring full engagement with our stakeholders.

You'll come to us with experience of leading a team to deliver large programmes of planned works in a National Housing Association. We'll look to you deliver your projects and programmes on time and to budget.

We'll expect that you have demonstrable knowledge of building construction, building standards, planning regulations and regulatory standards.

You'll use your excellent communication skills to collaborate with contractors and supply chain partners, whilst delivering an excellent standard of customer service to our resident population.

Your duties will include:

  • Full mobilisation of complex projects and programmes of work ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation
  • Delivery of projects and programmes within your programme area on time and to budget
  • Delivering high quality customer service, liaising with residents and keeping them informed with prompt and diligent response to enquiries
  • Responsibility for delivery of a stock condition survey programme
  • Management and leadership of a team of Project Surveyors
  • Embedding and delivery of an Excellent Client approach with you and your team
