Fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Kingsclere. Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, working Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Fridays 8.30and to 4.30pm offering a salary of GBP28,000 plus commission.

An integral part of the Deal Team, your role is to project manage the assessment, preparation, marketing and sale of businesses. Working across multiple industry sectors as part of a team to execute corporate transactions, delivering solutions for business owners. The primary function of the role is to coordinate internal resources and processes, manage client relationships, be responsible for project progression, interacting with prospective buyers, and any third-party advisors as required. You will be accountable to the appointed Lead Advisor on each of your projects.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Client Service Delivery:
*Working as part of a Deal Team to progress all active clients through their journey with the company
*Communicate effectively with active clients at all times, always maintaining an acceptable level of contact to ensure clients are fully up to date on the status of their project
*Closely collaborating with internal support teams, the client and external partners to coordinate the schedule of deliverables, to include the arrangement of all meetings, the financial, commercial and legal reviews, research input, and the production and approval of marketing documents
*Leading the collation of client business information with which to set up and populate the virtual data-room
*Working with Lead Advisor to agree the strategic direction of the project and compile/produce relevant presentational content for client meetings
*When appropriate undertake anonymous market testing, under the direction of the Lead Advisor, to gather business sector intelligence and gain insight into Prospects' appetite and valuation methods, feeding back to clients through the Options Review meeting
*Managing the timetable of taking businesses 'live to market' - including approval of marketing documents and list of prospective acquirers, ensuring all key milestones are captured within CRM
*Organise a Market Approach Planning meeting (MAP) ensuring all primary Callers are fully briefed ahead of market approach, including linguist teams
*Oversee calling activity to prospective acquirers, working closely with the lead caller to manage responses
*Under full confidentiality, position and promote our clients' business to prospective acquirers with a view to establishing interest and fit. Handling information requests to support this
*Arrange prospect meetings with interested prospects, communicating a clear commercial case in order to gain their commitment. Coordinating meetings
*Assisting the Lead Advisor and client with additional information requests
*Maintain regular contact and updates with clients as per internal service level agreements
*Ensure CRM activities are up to date and reflect accurate data for clients and prospects
*Support Lead Advisor with the management of offers and Heads of Terms/Letter of Intent
*Assisting with information requests and flow throughout due diligence process, where necessary coordinating phone calls with all parties, administering and controlling data-room uploads and access permissions
*Where necessary, coordinate and facilitate project reviews with internal team and client

*Ensure all required Key Performance Indicators are met
*Work closely with Lead Advisor to nurture and retain clients within the portfolio who are currently inactive, including projects paused at the conclusion of Phase 1 activities
*Be prepared and equipped to undertake a variety of ad-hoc/ special projects to extend services and revenue creation
*Help coordinate publicity permissions and client feedback testimonials when required

Business Development:
*When required, attend Open Days with Business Managers to enhance client understanding and confidence in the company
*When required, attend Brief Taking meetings to support information gather, understanding of the client's business and facilitate a smooth transition from Sales to Operations

Relevant Experience
*Direct Project Management experience would be highly advantageous
*Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients
*Experience of presenting to clients at a senior level
*Experience of managing project campaigns, co-ordinating team members, developing timetables and setting and working to deadlines
