Job Title: Team Supervisor
Reporting to: Conveyancing Manager
Salary: GBP34,000

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• To mentor and coach members of the team
• To co-ordinate and drive training and progression
• To carry out regular appraisals of team members and agree action plans
• To ensure policies and procedures are being followed
• To liaise with any introducer or agent promptly
• To deal with any issues as quickly as possible
• To participate in Training sessions regularly including providing the sessions where appropriate
• To participate in the business of the firm in such a manner so as to develop your own knowledge and skills
• To contribute to the development of the business, office systems and the organisation of the Department
• To keep informed and updated on conveyancing developments
• Carry out file tasks and progress files if required
• Assist the team as required
• Co-ordinate holiday/sickness cover as and when necessary
• Review work undertaken by Case Managers and Case Administrator
• Weekly review of performance on key targets and feedback for the team with the Conveyancing Manager
• Co-ordinate and deliver training to Case Managers Level 1, 2 & 3 and Case Administrators
• Other tasks as from time to time delegated by the Directors
