This SME has a strong portfolio of clients who rely on our clients to deliver services which include direct marketing, recruitment, experiential, digital, design and advertising agencies for their project management, workflow and resource management, finance and reporting requirements and fully integrated software solution. Due to expansion this organisation are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager with a strong background in Sage 200 & CRM.

This is a great opportunity to join Sage in a field-based role within our Accountants division. Our client have revolutionised how they operate over the last few years, and today they are evolving way beyond their image as a software provider. As a Business Development Manager, you will promote and sell our full online portfolio of solutions. From the offset you will have full access to a resource pool that will enable you to know their products and services inside out before taking them to market. Having experience in a solution-selling environment is essential for this role. You will:

*Generate new leads through research and networking;
*Achieve required face to face meetings as per the sales model.
*Convert leads to new business
*Increase yearly spend through exceptional account management
*Create detailed Practice Plans which support the Accountancy Practice Objectives
*Excellent pipeline management.


Our client is looking for a talented individual who can coordinate and deliver a regional plan for growth, going beyond just projecting metrics. The ability to think at a strategic level is key here. You must have:

*Strong skills as an influencer, communicator and relationship builder;
*An interest in emerging technologies and products;
*Extensive experience working to KPIs to deliver solutions;
*The capability to develop detailed product knowledge quickly and confidently, communicating it to close business deals;
*Experience of Sage 200 and CRM Sales/Implementation
*An Accountancy qualification and understanding of accountancy practices (desirable).
