Are you an experienced Financial Advisor looking to join a dynamic IFA firm, with excellent remuneration and local back office support?

The Company
Our client company is a highly successful, directly authorised, Independent Financial Advice firm, whose origins can be traced back to the 1930s. Their experienced team of 60 IFA's provide independent financial advice to personal & corporate clients plus have a private office team providing wealth planning. The company's vision is to continually improve at every level of their organisation, and take pride in developing and retaining their growing team of advisers.

Clients and business opportunities
Ideally, you should have a transferable client bank with funds under management or have a business plan on how to self-generate clients to further build your portfolio. Plus, you will develop and manage client relationships to retain existing income and generate new business by offering independent financial planning solutions. In addition, you will receive business planning support from their experienced team, with advice provided on how to maximise your potential and grow your activity.

Training and Development
Support will be provided for you to progress through to becoming Level 6 Chartered Financial Planner. Plus, their experienced management team will be on hand to provide advice and guidance.

Requirements to be considered
In order to be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you should be Level 4 Diploma qualified Financial Adviser with experience in providing quality financial advice. Ideally, for this role, you should have a transferable client bank, but this is not essential.

• Salary of GBP40,000 - GBP55,000 pa plus company benefits and bonuses
• An excellent bonus opportunity on top of the basic salaries with OTE's ranging from GBP60,000 to GBP100,000+ for Independent Financial Advisors.
• Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile
• Option to be self-employed
• Paraplanning and administration support provided within the local office plus assistance from their 10 other offices
• They are fully committed to remaining Independent and support all of their IFA's to maintain their own independence

• Cardiff
• Christchurch
• Rickmansworth
• Tunbridge Wells
• Wokingham
