Person Specification for an SEN/PMLD Teacher
For this post, you must be a gifted SEN/PMLD Teacher who has at least 1 year of teaching experience and some understanding of teaching children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties. The right SEN/PMLD Teacher will come with a passion for working with children who have physical and medical requirements, giving them the chance to progress and to realise their potential.

About the SEN/PMLD Teacher Role
As a SEN/PMLD Teacher you will be well supported by talented graduate Teaching Assistants who are keen to develop teaching experience. To ensure you settle into your new role and environment as quickly as possible the leadership team will assign you a personal mentor who will be available to guide and support you at every step of your development.
