Recruitment Business Development Manager - Norwich
Package - circa GBP35K plus commission and benefits (depending upon experience)

My Client is an established independent recruitment agency, with multiple branches across the UK. The business is going from strength-to-strength due to the integrity and passion of the teams that are in place in the various branches.

The branch is currently running successfully, but my Client has decided that now time for them to recruit a pure new Business Development Manager to take their East Anglian business to the next level by developing Industrial, Warehousing, Commercial and Driving Recruitment opportunities.

About the Role

My Client has the opportunity for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their small but established team to support the development of new business across the Norwich,

Building relationships with local A-Z businesses in the area, as well as developing relationships with larger accounts, including on-sites within Industrial, Office Support and Warehousing and Driving (HGV and non-HGV) recruitment.

???To be a successful Recruitment Business Development Manager you will need to:

• Secure new contracts and relationships through pro-active business development.
• Work in conjunction with the Branch to ensure that all a quality service is delivered to meet their satisfaction.
• Follow a targeted sales plan ensuring the delivery of key business objectives set.
• Ideally you will have a proven track record in the Industrial recruitment market, with extensive experience of managing existing accounts and developing new business.
• A strong communicator with good IT skills, you will have the drive to succeed in this active and exciting role that will allow you to have a significant impact on the business performance.
• Ability to train and support internal staff on sales techniques
• It is essential that you are self-motivated, passionate about recruitment and able to work off your own initiative as you will not be micro-managed
• Flexibility and able to work as part of a team
• Have a commercial understanding including margins, sales and 'profit & loss' reports and the setting of KPI's and targets
• Minimum of 12 months in a similar role within Industrial and driving recruitment

This role will include travel on a local basis and you will therefore need to be a car owner with a full UK driving license
