A private healthcare provider of secured mental health services requires an experienced Hospital Director to manage a successful hospital in Norwich. They provide care, Since opening in 2003 the hospital has quickly established itself as a leading provider of specialist inpatient eating disorder and CAMHS services for young people in the Norfolk (Norwich) Norfolk area.

The service also accepts national referrals, and it has developed special expertise in the management of severe and complex eating disorders, such as pervasive refusal syndrome or other co-morbidities, such as depression or autistic spectrum disorders. Since its opening, the Hospital has developed a reputation for high quality, comprehensive services for young people.setting with tailored care plans to meet with each individual's requirements. Patients live in their own residential units that provide them with the necessary levels of security, support and comfort with care provided to them 24hrs a day.

Role

As Hospital Director you will be fully responsible for ensuring the quality of care remains at the highest level and that hospital meets all regulated standards. Continuous development of the hospital and through service development and staff training is essential.

CAMHS experience is essential - CAMHS Low Secure Services
•Full Budget management responsibility
•Operational Management
•Managing multi-disciplinary teams
•Business Development
•Networking and relationship building with local NHS purchasers, GPs and local authorities

You will manage strong teams of consultant psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, registered nurses, social workers, teachers, therapists and clinical support staff have all been specially selected for their experience, their skill, and their dedication to providing first-class care for each service user.

Experience

You will have an excellent track record in managing specialist healthcare services with experience of working with people with mental health issues.
It's not essential that you have a clinical background as the ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background with experience of running a successful healthcare facility.
