In line with strong customer demand and clear market opportunity from employers and candidates alike, Workingmums.co.uk is launching an exciting new recruitment service to complement our existing jobs board service. With a particular focus on placing candidates in flexible part-time and full-time positions in corporates and SMEs, our new recruitment service will leverage the strength and brand of Workingmums.co.uk.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Regional Recruitment Manager to lead and drive the growth of this service, initially focused on London and the South East, growing the revenues and client mandates with support from the existing sales and marketing teams. The successful candidate will have access to more than 250,000 live candidates spread across a wide variety of industry sectors and an established corporate and SME database.
This is an important ambassadorial role for our business, with the Recruitment Manager expected to lead sales, pricing, marketing and every aspect of this new service, working closely with the Founder and Managing Director. As a result, we are looking for a star, someone who has demonstrated success in prior recruitment roles and companies. This position will be particularly suited to an experienced recruitment professional looking for a role that is entrepreneurial and also offers flexibility.
Founded in 2006 Workingmums.co.uk has established a market leading and highly successful niche jobsite focusing on flexible, full-time, part-time and home- based jobs with a vast and varied client base from large blue chip companies, public sector and not-for-profit organisations to small businesses and franchises. Our reach is UK wide, and traffic has grown significantly year on year since our launch over 10 years ago.

The successful candidate will be able to quickly demonstrate their ability to generate revenues on an individual basis and to then proceed to build a home-based recruitment team around them, delivering strong monthly growth in billings. You'll also be initially expected to manage the recruitment sales process from beginning to end, including sourcing candidates, both from our existing database and third party sources.
This role offers flexible working in terms of hours, and will be very much tailored around the successful individual - we believe that it's important for you to enjoy the right balance of autonomy and support. We're seeking a committed leader who will work a minimum of 32 hours per week, if not more, particularly in the early stages.
The successful individual will have a strong and current track record of achievement within the recruitment industry and will have built and led significant teams. You will be results driven and thrive in a culture of empowerment.
This is a key hire for Workingmums.co.uk and as a result of this the package comprises a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commissions.
