YMCA Lincolnshire is recruiting for the position of Head of Finance and Corporate Services. Managing an established finance office you will be an experienced finance manager with good understanding of
Charity SORP.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be a positive leader with a strong aptitude for strategic thinking. An understanding of operational delivery is key as you will be responsible for the line management of the Finance Manager, Maintenance Manager and Third-Party IT Contract. The position of Head of Finance and Corporate Services forms a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the charity whilst ensuring the legacy is secure.

Job Purpose:
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have overall responsibility for all financial, property and IT resources. You will provide strategic direction and operational control over key services and ensure there are effective financial controls and risk management frameworks in place. Reporting to the Chief Executive and advising the Board of Trustees.

Essential Criteria:
Professional Accountancy qualification; ACA. ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. Knowledge of Company Secretary Role, Charity SORP and VAT partial exemption.

Desirable Criteria:
Knowledge of SAGE.
Experience of supervising, supporting and motivating staff and achieving results through working within teams
